Shipping Policy

Getting your packages to you as soon as possible is one of our top priorities. This means, however, that all orders are final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery options.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for Standard Shipping within Singapore. Standard Shipping charges are SGD 7, but delivery is complimentary when you order more than SGD 50.

Scheduled delivery of e.g. the Children Gift Bags or Gift Sets to a school or a venue on a specific date and time is available for $15. This can be selected during check out for up to 3 months in advance and within 2-hour delivery time slots. This is available for all other orders as well.

Please ensure all shipping information (including postal code and unit number) is accurate. If any of the information you provide is incorrect, we shall not be liable if it is lost.

We regret that international shipping is currently not yet available.
